How can I stop sleeping with stuffed animals?

im 16 years old and I can not sleep if I have my teddy bear. I fall asleep holding this thing in my chest / face and wake up and I with him in the same place. even when I spend the night at other peoples houses will bring. How do I stop? i cannot throw my bear .. i love all 27 of them ..
