This formula has been long in coming to. There are several models that are not too good, but my standards are. This recipe will knock your socks off with it's good Maple. Pecans and butter the top frame. You will not know the difference between the sweet potato. whipped and other models. My sweet potato research in carbohydrate. whipped and astounded to find that in half cup of branding. Stouffer has 41 grams to 23 grams net carbs are sugar. In this formula, only 10.9 grams net carbs only. 1.9 grams of sugar are there. In the same size. Difference that makes them blameless while the full. flavored! This will be included in your Thanksgiving table are other special holidays! I hope you enjoy.

Maple. Sweet Potato with butter pecans slash.

Ingredients:.

2 cups sweet potatoes, diced.

3 carrots. Cup chopped.

3 cups chopped cauliflower.

1 / 4 cup halves pecan.

2 tbsp. Unsalted butter,. Reserve 1 tablespoon. For potatoes.

1 tsp. Vanilla extract.

1 tsp. Splenda.

1 tsp. Cinnamon.

Pinch ground nutmeg and ginger.

3 / 4 cup sugar free maple syrup. (I used Vermont brand to 5 carb grams. 1 / 4 cup).

Cream 1 / 2 cup heavy.

Salt.

Preheat the oven. 400 '.
