West Hennepin Public Safety report the following incidents were reported by West Hennepin Public Safety between Dec. 20 and Jan. 2. On December 22, at 12:45 hours, the owner reported the vehicle hit a guard rail fence fence damaging two fence posts and the speed limit sign in the 1700 block of Copeland Road.
