sliding clamp adapters for forks? Will it work? Do they exist?

I have some identification pins to change my honda, but they do not have the caliper brackets. I was thinking about making a little slip into a tube, the clamps closed and do here built in it to mount the caliper. you that this can be done? has been done? Do you sell these? Thanks.
