What are the best seed to plant for deer and turkey food plot?
I know I'm going to mix all types of clover and chicory of the deer (which are the main concern), and some kind of grain for turkeys. but I need some other plant species too, like some plants broadleaf put here. land that IM planting in fertile land is low along a brook in the mountains of Carolina North appalatchian. thanks
I live in the north and in a totally different climate, but our deer, such as grains of any kind. Alfalfa is one of their favorites. The wild turkeys up here love sunflower seeds and get into food often.
