Pallet Forks
Does anyone know about Catepillar Forklifts? Specifically, the mechanics of the truck?
We have an older forklift, which runs very well and serves our purposes but there is a problem with it. Internal mast rises before the forks are fully extended / lifted however ….. … which means ….. The problem it causes is the mast hits the ceiling and the bottom of the palette that rose only 8.9 'from the ground. I need a forklift to reach up to 3 'so that you can get on the top shelf of the pallet racking that I just bought. Does anyone know how to change the order of how the truck raises the fork lift so that the increase of the forks before the inner mast starts to rise? Is it possible?
can not, is an increase of mast so you have to trade it off, or call your cat and see if there are changes that they recommend,

Pallet Forks
Electric pallet jacks reduce back injuries from heavy load lifting retention. But no training in the correct use of mats could cause injury to people. Electric pallet jacks are the source of accidents at work because most people are not trained properly to use. Without trained in safe operation of power people. They may end the assault not only himself but other people as well.
Make sure your supervisors know the dangers involved in operations of this type of equipment. Written instructions for the appropriate training and all required personnel as it is important to understand the work of electrical control systems and brakes. Ensure that all employees who enter. People to receive training mat and not allow anyone to use the training even if it is one minute to load a few feet.
When you need training. Let them learn who they work with Mat before driving teachers.
Make sure you know the capacity of people driving mat before using it. Should be in one pallet. Enhance the capabilities vary by manufacturer and model.
