How can I put a new muffler tip my 2001 Jepp Cherokee Sport?

I do not care how it looks. I just want something that looks better at present. This is a 45 point grade. What do I need to replace the current one. Where can I get one. Can I do it myself? I was looking for some chromium. Thank you.

just go get the chrome tip that you like and make sure you have the screws on the back that tighten to hold that in the exhaust, then the exhaust pipe just get a saw and cut the angle to where you have a straight piece of pipe that comes out and put the tip and press down with the screws on the back edge and ready.
