Where is the backup light switch located on a 1979 Ford F250 Custom?

My husband recently bought a 1979 Ford F250 Custom and is having trouble finding the location of backup light switch. We googled but have not appeared at all. Some of his friends gave him suggestions. If anyone could shed some light on where it might be, would be greatly appreciated.

This would be the tranny in a place where the link contact change when he moved in reverse.
