How to replace a Rear Sway bar end Link?
Just asked on a question on Yahoo Answers regarding a part I didn’t know the name to that needs to be replaced on my car.
The part is a sway bar end link (pic below):
I was just wondering if anyone had experience with this and could help me out with how to fix it on my own (procedure, parts, cost, universal part or make specific? etc.)
For the record I own a 2001 Saturn SL2.

first soak it with some penatrating oil. PB Blaster works great. Do this way before you attempt to replace it. With this type of end link, the center stud usually spins when you try to remove the nut. You can either heat it up with a propane torch, or a Map gas torch if you have one. Map burns a bit hotter than propan, or if you have a narrow pair of vice grips clamp on the center stud behind the sway bar and then loosen the nut. Other than that, just remove the nusts, and put the new one on.
