Dealer Service
I just bought a used car from a dealer and the service engine light came on. What should I do?
I have this car on Friday and had Error starting shortly. The dealer said he had to get it fixed when brougth in (tomorrow). This morning i the check engine light came on. I signed a contract to bring the car as is but am also the payment of one month high on him. Could he change it or return it although he signed that contract? I refer to IV only had this car for the weekend and wanted another car anyway, a Toyor Camry, the only diffrence was that I had a little more mileage in it. Can trade in the Camry, if I wanted. I mean legally, what can I do. Im only 22 and nobody really help me and I feel advantage cause Im young. Iv heard that could be the start failure is causing the chk engine light to go on, but I have a bad feeling. I do not know if I am stressed and am just paranoid or what, also said that i didn't have a cooling period and had a contract for that though everyone is telling me I should have a cooling period of 30 days
when I first gas in a "new car" It'll do that … mine just disappear after 3 or 4 days

Many companies sell themselves on the fact that they are representative of authorized products they sell.
However, the authorized representative of that? Why it matters? It is not true and is beneficial to consumers to ensure that buy from?
Short answer: Yes. It is not important.
If things ever made out like we want to buy items that we are all consumers. – To watch headphones, TVs, toys and computers. – Will work seamlessly and without defects. They will work as long as the useful life of their normal. Glitches will not be a problem, or room. We want to have complaints. no.
But true.
And the fact that they should never work. Cut pieces. They stop working. Or sometimes we open the box and found parts missing.
When these things happen. Pleased to note that we can call the manufacturer and their rights.
This issue is in contact with the seller. Unauthorized; Manufacturers. Have any relationship with them or control the products they sell. They sell goods without serial numbers. They may be sold or damaged items. Or pawn off refurbished items.
Any, or all of these practices can void the manufacturer's warranty. This is a natural limit to the opportunities to find resolutions that will be products that you find, especially without permission. The seller does not help both.
It is a situation destroyed,. Unfortunately, the expensive and much more often than it should.
Bottom line? Research and apply when purchasing from authorized agents. It's the best way to protect your investment. These retailers held to certain standards of conduct and service. Companies are not allowed not. And you can rest easy that your items will include the full manufacturer's warranty and that you will be supported after the sale is made.
Check with the company before buying. If you purchase goods and very expensive or have significant levels of support to check with the manufacturer for a list of dealers before.
