Fan Belt

Need help as soon as possible to install a fan belt on a Jeep Wrangler 97?

I've been trying literally hours to get a new fan belt serpentine back in my Jeep Wrangler 97. I have the right belt, and I know how it is supposed to be, but the tape seems a bit small, and does not wrap around all the wheels (or whatever you call them, pulleys, or something like that). Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start? Tension in the pulley that can really move up and down is loose, but it makes no difference. Thanks!
